FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Limited financial assistance is available for students who meet financial need requirements.  Financial assistance awards are based on need and the availability of financial support.  All financial information will be kept strictly confidential and applying for assistance will in no way affect the evaluation of an application.  In order to ensure commitment to summer programs, each participant must pay a portion of the program fees.  This portion may vary in size based on need.  Your financial assistance application allows you to list the amount of financial aid you'd like to request.  If applicant is accepted, CEISMC will do its best to meet your financial assistance request.

To be eligible for financial assistance at least one of the following guidelines must be met:

A. Student is on the free or reduced lunch program at school - copy of award letter must be submitted.

B. Student lives in a family with an income of less than $35,000 per year - a copy of your most recent tax return or W-2 form must be submitted.  These forms often include identification numbers (social security, tax id, etc.)  For your protection, please be careful to edit this information from the form.  All documentation will be shredded at the completion of summer programs.

During the application process you will download packets to fill out and mail to CEISMC.  The financial assistance form can be found in the General Information Packet (GIP) and must be submitted with the requested supporting documentation.

Incomplete financial assistance applications and forms will not be reviewed.
