Events at the Intel International Science
and Engineering Fair 2008

It is truly fitting that the city that touches more places in the world than any other is the same city that will host the world’s largest high school science competition.  Beginning May 11, 2008, high school students, parents, teachers, and judges from points throughout the world will arrive in the exciting cosmopolitan city of Atlanta, Georgia for the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF).  This event will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center.  The State of Georgia and the Atlanta Intel ISEF Host Committee has planned a celebration to highlight the outstanding accomplishments of this group in a way that only Atlanta can.

Exciting events are planned for the week of the 2008 Intel ISEF for all participants.

A student pin exchange in the famous Ocean’s Ballroom of the Georgia Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the world!

The Atlanta Host Committee Welcome Event for all registered fair participants at the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coke featuring “A Taste of the South” catered by world famous Chef Wolfgang Puck.  There will be many surprises throughout the evening!

A fabulous party is planed at the Hyatt for the adult participants.

Students will wind down from their judging experience at a magnificent event at The SunTrust Plaza.

We know the effort that is demanded of students, parents, and teachers to reach the Intel ISEF.  The Atlanta Host Committee applauds these efforts and has worked hard to make sure that your experience in Atlanta is an unforgettable “celebration” for all your hard work!
